And I'm changing my header photo. Hopefully I can get what I want out of photoshop.
It shall be awesome.

Can't wait for holidays! JB Hi Fi! Hahaha

I'm so sad. I look forward to a shop.

I'm not happy. Not happy at all.

People shouldn't be so stubborn and pig-headed. It ruins life for everyone else.
And there's no harm in trying!

I miss my Coldplay ticket.

All I see
Drifting through my veins
Want to know where it all began
I see your face everywhere I turn
Now I’m left, eternally to *burn*
Eternally to…

When you're on your own
Killing time
Wanna make it right
Make it…

Nothing ventured nothing gained
Seems all the world has gone insane
All said and done
We are heading straight towards the sun
Nothing ventured nothing said
Seems all the words drift from my head
It's sad to say
But we are heading straight towards the sun

All I feel
Crawls across my skin
Breaking through
Slowly sinking in
*And* I can’t find what you're looking for
Nothing’s left
Nothing’s left at all
Nothing's left at…

When you're on your own
Killing time
Wanna make it right
Make it…

Nothing ventured nothing gained
Seems all the world has gone insane
It's sad to say
But we are heading straight towards the sun
Nothing ventured nothing said
Seems all the words drift from my head
All said and done
But we are heading straight towards the sun

I don’t know where we went wrong
Cos it’s been going on too long
We used to live inside the breeze
But now I find it hard to breathe

Wanna make it right
Make it…

Nothing ventured nothing gained
Seems all the world has gone insane
It's sad to say
But we are heading straight towards the sun
Nothing ventured nothing said
And all the words drift from my head
All said and done
But we are heading straight towards the sun

Various inspirations have led me to this post:

1. John Mayer

Atm, I am listening to Bigger Than My Body by John Mayer. And I think people don't give him enough credit for his amazing songs. Even the covers he does are better (no offence Hendrix). John Mayer is awesome. Has the best voice and the most awesome guitars. Hurry up and tour Australia damnit, you know you want to...

2. Relay For Life

So psyched. It's going to be fun as. I hear lots of stuff about Relay. And the capes!! Oh that's exciting. Marissa, Steph and I are having black capes. And we have Team Jasper, Edward and Emmett on the back. You can tell who has which one. And we are going to take lots of pictures, videos and do silly things we can't tell our kids about when we are old. :L I wish I had a fast forward and a rewind button. This way I can constantly rewind and fastforward between Coldplay and Relay.

3. TV, in particular the BBC thing on Coldplay today.

I watched it. And it was awesome. Though they all looked so young!! And had no fashion sense what so ever. Still they made my ears hum in delight.

1. Loving the rain.
2. Counting down to Relay For Life.
3. Wishing I had a Polaroid camera.
4. Hoping John Mayer will tour Australia sometime soon.
5. Missing the city lights.
6. Confused as to whether I should buy the new U2 album or not.
7. Worried about when the world is going to end.
8. Thinking about what I should write for number 9. and 10.
9. Happy that Jackson Rathbone still looks pretty with a wig.
10. Sad because I haven't found a copy of 'Kite Runner'.

Funny thing. You can see my failed attempts and I haven't found a way to delete then yet.

Attempt #1

Oh it works. I just have to write it in the 'edit HTML' bit.

Oh this is a fantastic day. Oh just for your info, I am posting from my iPod and it didn't want to work for me before because it was being annoying but I finally can. Oh this is cool. But I can't post pictures.

Anyway today was gooood. It rained and it smelt so nice.

If you ever feel kinda moody or sadish listen to 'Life in Technicolor ii' by Coldplay (only the best band in the WORLD, yes I said it. Deal with it U2). And guaranteed you will become happy. It's so energetic and cheerful.

Everyone should smile more.
:)

Lights will guide you home,
And ignite your bones,
I will try to fix you...

Life isn't fair.
People aren't fair.
And bad things happen just when good things finish.
And bad things happen to people who don't deserve it.

I wish everything can be fixed by following apparent lights that will guide you home.

Was Coldplay a dream? Because it certainly felt like it.

The hoardes of people, the paper butterflies, the amazing laser lights, the yellow balloons filled with yellow confetti... went so quickly. If I didnt have the paper butterflies (currently clipped between a Harry Potter book), I would think that its a dream.
NOTE: Above picture is not from Melbourne... I dont think. But it gives you a pretty good idea of what it looked like. But it was even more amazing if you were there.

OMFG

Coldplay was AMAZING.
Mercury Rev and Decoder Ring was pretty awesome too, and Decoder Ring could make it big if they had lyrics... but Coldplay. WOW.
Here is a blow by blow account.
They started with Life in Technicolor, and it was awesome. Then they went into Violet Hill with awesome lights, the track they released for free last year and it sounded so awesome live. Afterwards, they played their worldwide famous song, Clocks with flashing red lights. And the sing along to that was AMAZING.
Then they played In My Place, Yellow (where they dropped awesome yellow balloons filled with yellow confetti). Then they played Cemetries of London, Chinese Sleep Chant, and 42. Then Fix You, Strawberry Swing (was the best!) And techno versions of God Put A Smile Upon Your Face and Talk.
Then Guy and Johnny got a break when Will Champion and Chris Martin sang The Hardest Part with Chris on the B Stage. Then Chris played Postcards From Far Away, on the piano by himself.
Next was Viva La Vida which was MINDBLOWING. Everyone sang along, and the section where we sat, everyone stood up and clapped along. By far that was the best voluntary audience partcipation I have ever seen. If only school assemblies were like that...
Then they played Lost! (yes the exclamation point is needed). Then they moved to the back of Rod Laver to give the people in the back a chance to be in the front, and that was awesome, but seeing as I'm short I could only see from the balls. OH I havent said anything about the balls yet, but the balls are AWESOME. They are a projecting system of its own class, they were awesome. At the back they played Speed Of Sound, Green Eyes, and Will sang Death Will Never Conquer which barely anyone knew the words to, and Chris played harmonica.
They disappeared for a while and while they went, the Thin White Duke Remix of Viva La Vida was played.
They came back and played Politik. And when Lovers in Japan was being played, they released paper butterflies (which we went down to the floor to collect at the end of the show, a cup full each). Then they played Death And All His Friends. Unfortunately, then they went away. :(
Once again, the exuberant section I was in started the encore call by singing that 'wooah' part in Viva La Vida, and they came out in awesome jackets, Guys jacket was red.
They played The Scientist, Life in Technicolor ii and ended with a recording of The Escapist.
It. was. fantastic.
Mindblowing.
Awesome.
Genius.
Epic.
Unbelievable.
Oh words cannot describe how awesome it was.
So worth the $140. I'd pay it anyday! But next time, mental note to self, get General Admission (standing tickets), at least then we wouldnt have to go against the flow of the crowd to get butterflies!!
